As I’ve always said our youth are our future. We are all taught from a young age to invest in your future. Whether that investment is education, financial investments or even investing in a future career. We all must invest in something to have something in the end. If you don’t invest in your 401K you will be disappointed, if you don’t invest in your career you will be miserable at a job you’re not passionate about. So, why not invest in our futures by way of our youth, our kids. If our youth are our future, then an investment into their education, safety and a well maintained path to success is what we should all be striving for because at the end of the day these kids today are in fact our future. We all have a responsibility to ensure that our investment is successful and the legacy we leave behind will live on for generations to come. Today, we come together in an effort to learn more from one another, to better serve our youth. This alone is a step in the right direction to capitalize on our future investment that we will leave behind one day, our youth.
For the Sheriff’s Office, none of this would be possible without a staff of dedicated individuals who have the same vision as I do. Individuals that are also passionate about our children. Individuals that see the value in that investment of our youth.
